What are Switch My Hair wigs made from?
Our wigs are made from premium heat-friendly synthetic fibre, selected for a soft, natural-looking finish and easy everyday wear.
Can I use heat on my wig?
Yes. Our heat-friendly wigs can be styled with heat. We recommend keeping your styling tools between 160–180°C and always starting at a lower temperature.
Do the wigs come ready to wear?
Yes! Our wigs are designed to make your Switch as easy as possible. Depending on the style, you may choose to further customise the lace, parting or styling to suit your preference.
Can I change the parting?
This depends on the individual wig. Check the product description for the parting style and customisation options available for your chosen wig.

Do you offer free UK delivery?
Yes. We offer FREE UK delivery on all wigs.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Delivery times and any applicable processing information will be shown at checkout and in our Delivery Information. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive the relevant delivery updates.
How can I track my order?
If tracking is available for your delivery service, your tracking information will be sent to the email address provided with your order once it has been dispatched.
